




































Imagination was appointed to design the total retail experience for Ford’s new European flagship stores called FordStore based on customer self discovery and brand amplification rather that hard sell. My role working with the wider creative team was to develop the graphics visual language and oversee its implementation to a pilot site. I used bold typography and coloured translucent perspex panels to create zones and a huge inverted Ford Oval on the exterior glazing. I then created a user guide called ‘Say hello to FordStore’ to assist in the design and installation of the new system to each new retail site.
