As lead graphic designer I was tasked with developing a look and style to launch the all-new Ford Focus that began at a media event in London, followed by a touring consumer campaign across Europe. I created a ‘key visual’ showing the MY FOCUS campaign idea with ‘What's your Focus?’ and ‘I was there’ engagement tag lines. I then designed a guidelines pack and a timeline journey visual. 200 journalists attended the global reveal, followed by a ‘Deep Dive‘. The reveal used a giant LED Screen and holo-gauze technique to allow clever graphic foreground and background visualisations. The final reveal moment culminated with a number of specially filmed customer profiles and literally spinning them into the vehicle. The ‘Deep Dive‘ saw the guests rotated through four ‘workshops’ to learn about key attributes of the new car.
